Press Club Announces 2022 Student Scholarship Recipients
DALLAS, TX – October 1, 2022 – The Press Club of Dallas Foundation Scholarship Fund has awarded three college scholarships to Dallas area students for the upcoming, academic 2022-23, school year. The Fund is administered by Communities Foundation of Texas.

- Vanesa Trejo (Skyline High School graduate), who will be a senior at the University of Texas at Austin. Her majors are Arts & Entertainment Technologies | Radio Television and Film.

- Julia Tippin (Plano West High School), who will be a senior at Dillard University. Her major is Communications.

- Mackenzie Palmer (Home School), whois a transfer student from Dallas College – Brookhaven to Texas A&M University. She is a Telecommunication Media Studies major.

Press Club of Dallas Foundation Scholarship Fund: Provides one-year awards of up to $5,000 to current college students who graduated from a high school in the DFW Metroplex and are currently pursuing a college degree in the Communications field.
The Press Club of Dallas Foundation Scholarship Fund application will be available to applicants for the 2023 Academic School Year beginning January 15th, 2023.
