Cary Broussard is the principal owner of Broussard Global, a marketing communications company that builds innovative, winning brands through inclusive, cause-related marketing and PR and internal team building.
Well known for creating Wyndham Hotels’ Women On Their Way travel program, and former Chief Staff Officer for the Washington, D.C. – based, Alliance for Women In Media, Cary returned to Dallas last year, and remains an adjunct professor at New York University’s Tisch Center of Hospitality and Tourism.
Cary is a founding member of the Dallas Chapter of Conscious Capitalism and her book, From Cinderella to CEO, How to Master the 10 Lessons of Fairy Tales to Transform Your Work Life, published in ten languages, features advice on a myriad of issues important to today’s global work force.

Cory Smith anchors NBC 5 News weekend evenings and also reports during the week. He joined the NBC 5 News team in December 2015. Born and raised in south Oak Cliff, Cory returned home after three years at KSAT 12, the ABC affiliate in San Antonio. During his time in the Alamo City he covered local and state politics.

Cory’s extensive work in the field and love of storytelling has taken him across the Lone Star State – from the explosion in West to the devastating Memorial Day floods in Wimberley.
Cory received his degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. He is also a proud graduate of Bishop Dunne High School.
He is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists and is the former president of the organization’s San Antonio chapter.
Scott Keenan is a veteran television management executive with a proven track record for successfully managing multiple silos within an organization, including; designing and executing brand strategies, analyzing and restructuring operations, developing and maintaining vendor relationships along with managing/forecasting multi-million dollar budgets.

A native of Dallas, Lauren has pursued successful artistic careers in Professional Ballet and Certified Romana’s Pilates Instruction around the world. After settling back to her Texas roots in 2012 with a renewed focus on Digital and Social Media Content, Lauren has been an early adopter of all things social.
Her communications, marketing, and management skills combined with her passion for people and networking, have led her to successful clients and opportunities; including corporate experience as the Marketing Manager for Macrospect and agency experience as the Account/Project Manager for White Pants Agency.
In 2016, Lauren founded REED & CO. a boutique agency focused on providing custom events and digital marketing services for businesses and brands. To support these efforts, Lauren is also immersed in the Dallas start-up and entrepreneurial community where she cultivates collaboration and networking opportunities with local brands and influencers.
Scott is Chief of Policy and Communications for Dallas Mayor Michael S. Rawlings. In that position, he oversees media relations and policy development and he serves as a liaison to City Council members and other elected and appointed officials. His duties also include speech writing and communications with senior city staff.
Prior to this role, he was the digital content editor for Baylor Scott & White Health, where he blogged and worked on social media for the largest nonprofit health care system in Texas.
Scott previously worked as a reporter and blogger for The Dallas Morning News for more than eight years, covering Dallas City Hall, crime, courts and general assignments. He has worked in newsrooms at The Chicago Tribune, The Boston Globe, and Richmond Times-Dispatch. His reporting garnered national attention and Scott has made appearances on Dateline on NBC, CNN, MSNBC, NPR, and Investigation Discovery.
